Delivery of the order and delivery and transport costs

At we offer different shipping options:

  • Shipments to Spain (Peninsula) 24-72 h: €5.00. Free shipping from 100 euros of purchase.
  • Shipments to the Balearic Islands 48-72 h: €12.
  • Shipping to the Canary Islands: To ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, please write us an e-mail at to manage the shipment and calculate the costs.
  • Shipments to Portugal (peninsula) 48-72 h: €8.00
  • Shipments to Europe TO: (GERMANY, FRANCE, MONACO) €15.00

NOTE: shipments outside the EEC are tax-free, the corresponding taxes must be paid in the receiving country according to the legislation of each State.

Free Shipping promotions only include free shipping according to the minimum order specified in Spain Peninsula. For the rest of shipments the rates do not vary.

The order will be sent to the address you indicated when making your purchase. The user will receive their order within a period of 24 to 72 working hours in the case of national shipments to the Peninsula through a transport or courier company of recognized prestige. If you place an order before 12:00 p.m., your order will be processed the same day, as long as the product appears as available on the Portal. If your order is placed after 12:00 p.m., it will be processed the next business day, excluding Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays.

Delivery times to other areas may vary between 4 and 7 working days.
Delivery terms and conditions may be altered due to force majeure or calendar circumstances, such as the calling of strikes in the sector transportation or the celebration of provincial, regional or national holidays.

If the customer wishes to send the product or products to a different shipping address than theirs so that another person can receive the package, the customer must indicate it during the purchase process.

Right of withdrawal, returns and claims

We extend the return period until January 10, 2022.

The return

The customer can return all items online (except underwear, maternity tights and personalized products) The customer can:

Payment refund

The reimbursement of the amounts received by the client will be made using the same means of payment used by the client, as long as the contrary has not been arranged. Return of the defective product or with defects

In the event that the product is not in good condition and the causes attributable to it are not a consequence of the customer, the customer will have the right to return the product, informing PARAMAMÁ Y LACTANCIA S.L. of the reason for return through any of the means provided in these contracting conditions, and at no cost to the customer. This return due to a defect or poor condition of the product will not be considered a right of withdrawal.

PARAMAMÁ Y LACTANCIA S.L. undertakes to bear the cost of the return and to replace the product with a new one in accordance with the conditions accepted at the time of sale.
