Right of withdrawal, returns and claims

We extend the return period until January 10, 2022.

According to the provisions of article 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of consumers and Users, the supplies of services or goods made in accordance with consumer specifications or clearly personalized, or that, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate, are exempt from withdrawal.

Items that were purchased within the framework of a free gift or 2×1 promotion must be returned with the corresponding gift or extra product. We ask you to keep the products in the state in which you received them and with their respective labels.

The return

The customer can return all items online (except underwear, maternity tights and personalized products). The client can:

- go physically to any of our two stores in Barcelona: Rambla Catalunya, 88 or Amigó, 49.

- or send it through a transport company to these same addresses, we recommend sending it with the carrier's tracking number or with certified mail to facilitate any possible error or loss. (For mom does not cover the return postage).

Payment refund

The reimbursement of the amounts received by the client will be made using the same means of payment used by the client, as long as the contrary has not been arranged. If an online order is returned in store, in the case of acquiring new products, these will be charged separately and on the other hand the return of the order and the timely payment in the original payment method will be managed.

PARAMAMÁ Y LACTANCIA S.L. You can withhold the refund until you have received the product, reason for withdrawal.

In the event that you have requested a return and 14 calendar days have elapsed since said request and we have not received the original items, the return request will be cancelled.

Return of the defective product or with defects

In the event that the product is not in good condition and the causes attributable to it are not a consequence of the customer, the customer will have the right to return the product, informing PARAMAMÁ Y LACTANCIA S.L. of the reason for return through any of the means provided in these contracting conditions, and at no cost to the customer. This return due to a defect or poor condition of the product will not be considered a right of withdrawal.

PARAMAMÁ Y LACTANCIA S.L. undertakes to bear the cost of the return and to replace the product with a new one in accordance with the conditions accepted at the time of sale.
